This event will be held at the Nash County Arts Council on Saturday, May 31st, 2025 from 9a.m.-2p.m. Building will be available for vendors to set up at 7:00 a.m. Fees are as follows:
On or before March 31st
Indoor Space @ $45 ($40 Arts Council Member) for a space not to exceed an 8X8 area.
Outdoor Front Yard Space @ $50 ($45 Arts Council Member) not to exceed an 8X8 area. (Rain or Shine. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, if one is needed.)
Outdoor Breezeway Space @ $50 ($45 Arts Council Member) not to exceed an 8X8 area. (Rain or Shine. Breezeway is sheltered. Only two spots available.)
April 1 – May 15th

Vendor and all related fees are non-refundable.
Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tables. We will provide one to two chairs for each vendor. Limited areas with access to electricity and limited number of tables available. (Our tables are 6ft.) Extension cords, power strips, and table covers will not be provided.
Spaces are not intended to exceed 8X8. (Each vendor may purchase a maximum of 2 spaces.) Each space should represent one artist, crafter, business, or studio.
All items must be ORIGINAL WORKS / HANDMADE / HAND CRAFTED, (NO YARD SALE ITEMS, PLEASE. COMMERCIAL VENDORS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED).
We request that vendors remain until the end of the show. (The Nash County Arts Council will not be held liable for any loss or injury to vendor, employees of vendor, items belonging to vendor, or any damages resulting from intentional or unintentional negligence.)
Register early, as space is limited. Early bird deadline is March 31st. Final deadline is May 15th. A $3 service fee will be applied to any registrations that occur through the office.
Unable to attend the event, but still wish to sell? We will accept up to 15 of your items for a registration fee of $10 to sell on consignment, retaining 30% of sales. Call Shelly Gray at (252) 459-4734 to inquire.
