Artist Description:
When you think about up-and-coming quartet artists, the name Curtis Joyner comes to mind. Hailing from North Carolina, this young man has touched the hearts of many with his energetic stage presence and singing with a special anointing. Although Curtis Joyner has been singing since the early 2000’s with various groups, in 2017 the group was birthed, Curtis Joyner & Resurrection. He has recently revamped and refocused his ministry.
When asked about the name Curtis Joyner, Curtis, the lead vocalist says “I saw where God resurrected a lot of situations throughout the bible and I figured the same way He resurrected in the bible I want Him to use me as well to speak life into the people that I come into contact with to let them know that no matter what the enemy says, that God is able to resurrect their situations from the valley of dry bones. His song ministry comes from a place called “Experience”. When Curtis writes he writes from a place within that reaches the hearts of individuals that knows what it’s like to have dealt with pain, suffering and trouble.
In the Spring of 2022, he released a new upbeat single entitled “God Specializes” which is an old school hymn. He added intricate background vocals, horns and heavy drum and bass beats to drive the song. The single was recorded in Rocky Mount, NC by legendary producer Ray Braswell, Jr. of Raymarkable Music. He has released his full album on April 19th, 2024 entitled “The Survival of Curtis Joyner”
Curtis is a young man whose objective is to reach that one soul and bring them back to Christ. He is currently accepting dates for 2024 and 2025.
